Max Hamilton
IAQplus Analytics Programming
Experience cloud programmer and software design specialist. He has a Bachelor of Computer Science Engineering with a Minor in Mathematics from the University of Michigan. His main focus is in artificial intelligence, although he also has an interest in medical applications. He has worked on projects to detect cancer in brain scans and participated in a Public Health Hackathon aimed at improving access to care in Metro Detroit communities. Max also has experience with utilizing AWS cloud services to connect multiple data sources and applications into a single product. He is the lead product engineer on IAQplus dashboards and N-of-1 predictive analytics engine. He is starting on a path for Masters and Ph.D. computer science programs at University of Michigan.
Ryan Swainski
IAQplus Senior Programer & Analytics
Ryan graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science. His main focus is in cloud-based applications and their corresponding front-end interfaces. He has a passion for problem solving and learning, but above all he wants to help people with the software he writes. Ryan’s goal is to take these passions and use them as motivation to fix deficiencies within the healthcare system, ultimately providing better care for patients. He is currently the lead product developer for IndividuALLytics’s IAQPlus dashboards.

Administration & Accounting
Es has over 8 years of experience in administration and accounting in various business arenas. He provides support with medical billing and assists with supporting documentation for insurance companies providing coverage to our patients. Additionally, he generates relevant financial reports, and focuses on prior authorization management and maintaining and organizing internal workflows.
