Vision
Continually bring new levels of precision to personalized care for all chronic condition patients to improve patient’s quality of life … one individual at a time.
Mission
Create personally relevant, individually precise, and clinically accurate, one patient at a time engagement experiences that drive greater care outcomes for all patients with chronic conditions, while allowing their care providers to realize those outcomes in a time-efficient and cost-effective manner.
How is this Done?
By employing IndividuALLytics’ patent pending IAQplusTM analytics engine, curated partnerships with digital health and therapeutics technologies for ongoing data collection and personalized precision medicine dashboards. We help patients achieve individualized micro-treatments that improve health and quality of life outcomes faster and with increased accuracy over current standard medical care.
Why is This Needed?
To manage health care at the level of the population, enterprise or individual is complex, particularly when it involves one or more chronic conditions. On the one hand, all people are similar, having the same basic biology and susceptibility to disease. On the other hand, they have unique genetic differences along with lifestyle-based health risks, such as smoking, obesity, lack of physical activity, stress, and others, that vary from person to person. Consequently, as unique individuals with our own values, priorities, cultures, appetites, genetics, behaviors, attitudes, perceptions, beliefs, habits and histories, we cannot help but have our own uniqueness added to the complexity of our personal treatment plans. This complexity increases the likelihood of sub-par therapeutic outcomes, wasted cost, and patient dissatisfaction. If you have 2 or more chronic conditions and medications, then medications have a reported population effectiveness of under 5%. Despite great doctors and great patients, most multiple chronic condition patients don’t gain control of all their health and quality of life metrics with today’s standard of care.
IndividuALLytics® integrates individual data (e.g. biometric, demographic, psychographic and psychophysiological, etc.) and applies N-of-1 science to the overall evaluation of medical changewith much lower probability of false-positive and false negative readings for each patient. This allows us to help both patient and practitioner to more quickly and effectively identify meaningful clinical change for each patient. Trending that data enables both practitioner and patient together to develop a clearer view of the course of care to implement.
Micro-interventions can include right-sizing small changes to steps per day, activities, small nutritional changes, and sleep per day that have been validated to improve patient and doctor outcomes much quicker than medications alone. Getting personalized accurate feedback on these micro-intervention’s success or lack of success for a patient makes all of the difference to know to continue the small change or not.
Why spend time on activities and treatments that do not help you?
It’s time to give patients and their doctors more control and accurate insights on finding the best interventions for 100% of patients (instead of only 5% to 20%).
